I wanted to take a moment to share with you a finished "Yours Truly" mini album. For the most part you see the kit examples without photos, but I think the photos are what makes the mini albums and page layouts come alive. My daughter has been home from college on winter break for the past month...yes, I have been enjoying my "girl" time! While she was home her boyfriend who has never been to California came to visit. She decided to make this book for him as a keepsake of the places they visited and the fun times they had togther. She developed all their photos in black and white and added some titles of the places they visited. I think the book came out adorable and she can't wait to give it to him.

I really enjoyed your designed valentine album with pictures. Gorgeous. One thought--did your daughter add her thoughts (journaling)? I didn't see any writing and wondered if she added some hidden journaling.

Hi Fran,
Thank you for your post. She didnt add journaling on her actual pages but she added extra photos to the pocket in the back of the book and some journaling. The kit has some extra journaling cards included and she wrote about the good times they had and some special notes to him and included those into the pocket. Glad you enjoyed looking at it.
